  • 1 jar Terlato Kitchen Tomato Basil Sauce
  • 9 to 12 lasagna noodles
  • 8 oz ricotta
  • 8 oz mozzarella
  • 3 oz mushrooms
  • 1 oz onion
  • 2 oz zucchini
  • 1 oz Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • meat or protein of your choice

Process

  1. Layer 1 cup Terlato Kitchen pasta sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
  2. Layer ricotta and mozzarella on dry lasagna noodles.  
  3. Layer veggies topped with olive oil. 
  4. Repeat steps until all layers are completed.
  5. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  6. Bake 50 minutes covered, 10 minutes uncovered.
