Ingredients
1 24 oz. jar of Terlato Kitchen Pomodoro Sauce
8 Strips Smoked Bacon, sliced into thin strips
4 Tablespoons Butter
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1 Tablespoon Fresh Oregano, chopped
1 Pound Fusilli
Salt and Pepper
½ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Process
Melt butter in a medium frying pan over medium heat. Add bacon and cook until browned.
Add chopped onion and cook, stirring frequently, until soft (about 5 minutes).
Stir in Terlato Kitchen Pomodoro Sauce and chopped oregano.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Cook fusilli in boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain well.
Toss pasta with sauce and finish with grated Parmesan. Serve hot.
