  • 36 Fresh Manila clams, cleaned
  • 2 Cloves garlic, bruised
  • 1 Cup dry white wine
  • 1 Bunch Italian parsley, chopped
  • ½ Large onion, sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 24 oz. Jar of Terlato Kitchen Pomodoro Sauce
  • 1 Pound linguini

  1. Steam clams with wine, garlic, and half the parsley for 5 minutes, shaking pan. Discard unopened clams and reserve liquid.
  2. Strain clam juices and set clams aside.
  3. Sauté onions in olive oil until soft, then add Terlato Kitchen Pomodoro Sauce and strained juices.
  4. Simmer 10 minutes, add remaining parsley and clams. Cook 3 more minutes, then remove shells.
  5. Cook linguini until al dente.
