Foodies gathered in a beautifully restored barn at Lake Forest's ELAWA FARM to enjoy a cooking demonstration and lunch prepared by James Beard Outstanding Chef of the Year Suzanne Goin alongside Food & Wine Magazine's editor in chief Dana Cowin. Cowin posed questions for Goin inspired by her new book My Mistakes in the Kitchen: Learning to Cook with 65 Great Chefs and over 100 Delicious Recipes. Goin provided helpful tips while preparing dishes from her restaurants Lucque, a.o.c. and Tavern.
