Because we sell perishable specialty food products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once orders have shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will make it right. Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement or refund.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
