Terlato Kitchen specializes in making the corporate or group ordering process as simple as possible.  All order information is submitted through an easy-to-use excel template.  You are able to select unique products, messages and delivery dates for each recipient.  Once your order is submitted, our gift specialist will reach out with any questions and to finalize payment information.

Q:   Will my gifts include a bow?
A:   Yes, all gift boxes include a bow at no additional charge.

Q:   Can I send gifts to multiple addresses?
A:   Yes!  Use our group order form to order multiple gifts for multiple recipients, including custom ship dates and gift messages. 

Q:   Can I combine Terlato Wine with my Terlato Kitchen gift order?
A:   No.  Terlato Kitchen and Terlato Wines International are two separate companies.  All wines must be shipped through a licensed liquor retailer. 

Q:   What is the lead time for gift orders?
A:   Our standard lead time is 1-2 business days.  If you need your order to ship sooner, please let us know.

Q:   What are your shipping rates for group orders?
A:   We charge a flat rate of $9.99 per address for all orders.

Q:   Can you use our shipping account(s) to send out gift orders?
A:   For orders of 10 or more boxes, we can ship using a customer's FedEx account. Please provide this information when submitting your order.  We are unable to ship with any other carrier.

Q:   Can you ship to a Post Office Box?
A:   We are unable to ship to a post office box.  If your file includes PO box addresses, we will reach out for an alternative address.  In the event a substitute is not available, we will work with you to get the order out and additional shipping fees may apply.

Q:  Which carrier do you use?
A:  All shipments are set FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested.  Large shipments may be palletized and ship with an LTL carrier.
