Tagliatelle with Marjoram and Pinot Grigio
Serves 6
Ingredients:
2 Cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 24 oz.Jar of Terlato Kitchen Pomodoro Sauce
6 oz. Pinot Grigio wine
2 Tablespoons fresh Italian parsley, chopped
1 Tablespoon fresh marjoram, chopped
1 Pound Tagliatelle pasta
Directions:
- Place olive oil in a large skillet with red pepper and garlic and sauté until garlic is golden
- Remove garlic and add jar of Terlato Kitchen Pomodoro Sauce sauce
- Cover skillet and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes
- Remove the lid and continue cooking to reduce further
- Add the Pinot Grigio and cook 5 minutes longer, add marjoram
- Meanwhile add pasta and salt to a large pot of boiling water
- Cook about 5 minutes, drain and add pasta to the skillet with the sauce
- Serve pasta on plates garnished with parsley and a drizzle of olive oil
