Tagliatelle with Marjoram and Pinot Grigio

Terlato Kitchen Tagliatelle with Marjoram and Pinot Grigio

Serves 6

Ingredients:

    3 Tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
    2 Cloves garlic, thinly sliced
    1 24 oz.Jar of Terlato Kitchen Pomodoro Sauce
    6 oz. Pinot Grigio wine
    2 Tablespoons fresh Italian parsley, chopped
    1 Tablespoon fresh marjoram, chopped
    1 Pound Tagliatelle pasta

    Directions:

      1. Place olive oil in a large skillet with red pepper and garlic and sauté until garlic is golden
      2. Remove garlic and add jar of Terlato Kitchen Pomodoro Sauce sauce
      3. Cover skillet and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes
      4. Remove the lid and continue cooking to reduce further
      5. Add the Pinot Grigio and cook 5 minutes longer, add marjoram
      6. Meanwhile add pasta and salt to a large pot of boiling water
      7. Cook about 5 minutes, drain and add pasta to the skillet with the sauce
      8. Serve pasta on plates garnished with parsley and a drizzle of olive oil
