Terlato Kitchen Penne with Vodka Sauce

Serves 6


1 lb. penne pasta
¼ cup grated parmesan for sprinkling
3 oz. fresh basil, sliced thinly


      1. To cook the pasta: fill a large pot with 6 quarts of water and 4 tablespoons of salt and bring to a boil. When water is boiling drop the penne pasta into the salted boiling water and cook to al dente (according to directions on the box)
      2. While the pasta boils, pour 1 jar of Terlato Kitchen Vodka Sauce into a saucepan and warm over medium heat until bubbling
      3. When pasta is cooked to al dente, drain and return the cooked pasta to the pot (or to a warmed serving bowl)
      4. Pour sauce over pasta and mix well
      5. Sprinkle pasta with parmesan cheese, serve to individual warmed bowls and garnish with basil
