Linguine with Fried Onions
Serves: 6
Ingredients:
2 green onions,chopped
1 large garlic clove
1 24 oz. jar of Terlato Kitchen Pomodoro Sauce
4 large fresh basil leaves
8 mushrooms, average size, sliced
1 lb. Linguine
Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- In a saucepan, heat oil and fry green onion until lightly browned.
- Add Terlato Kitchen Pomodoro Sauce and mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cook the pasta until al dente in salted boiling water and drain.
- Pour sauce over pasta, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
