Terlato Kitchen Linguine with Fried Onions

    2 oz.extra virgin olive oil
    2 green onions,chopped
    1 large garlic clove
    1 24 oz. jar of Terlato Kitchen Pomodoro Sauce
    4 large fresh basil leaves
    8 mushrooms, average size, sliced
    1 lb. Linguine
    Parmesan cheese


      1. In a saucepan, heat oil and fry green onion until lightly browned.
      2. Add Terlato Kitchen Pomodoro Sauce and mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes.
      3. Cook the pasta until al dente in salted boiling water and drain.
      4. Pour sauce over pasta, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
