Grilled New York Steak with Arrabbiata Sauce & Wilted Arugula

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
4 10 oz NY strip steaks
1 24 oz jar of Terlato Kitchen Arrabbiata Sauce
2 bunches arugula, washed
2 cloves garlic
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 24 oz jar of Terlato Kitchen Arrabbiata Sauce
2 bunches arugula, washed

½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
Prepare the meat
1. Season steak with salt and pepper.

Cook the dish
2. Grill over hot fire for approximately 5 minutes.

3. Heat Terlato Kitchen Arrabbiata Sauce over medium heat.

4. In large sauté pan, add the olive oil and garlic cloves and heat until almost smoking.
5. Remove the pan from the heat.
6. Add the arugula and stir until wilted.

7. Plate the wilted arugula and steak.
8. Garnish with Terlato Kitchen Arrabbiata Sauce.
