Fusilli With Tomato And Smoky Bacon
Serves: 6
Ingredients:
8 Strips Smoked Bacon, sliced into thin strips
4 Tablespoons Butter
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1 Tablespoon Fresh Oregano, chopped
1 Pound Fusilli
Salt and Pepper
½ Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions:
- In a medium frying pan melt butter over medium heat and add bacon and cook until bacon is brown
- Add onion and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until onions are soft about 5 minutes
- Add Terlato Kitchen Pomodoro sauce and season with chopped oregano
- Simmer for 10 minutes
- Cook pasta in boiling salted water per directions on box, drain well, toss with sauce add and grated parmesan
