My favorite part of driving up Silverado trail to our wineries is stopping at a little strawberry hut for the most amazing strawberries, picked at the height of flavor. In creating Terlato Kitchen Strawberry Presevers using strawberries from that very hut and just a hint of sugar, I have found a way to savor them all year long. Enjoy!
