Terlato Kitchen Debut at Evergreen Invitational

What a pleasure it was to have had the opportunity to share our Terlato Kitchen small batch foods at this year’s Evergreen Invitational. Hosted by our friend MK Pritzker and The Woman's Board of Northwestern Memorial Hospital, the Evergreen Invitational is a premier event that brings the excitement and pageantry of equestrian Grand Prix show jumping to the greater Chicagoland area. Proceeds from the event support world-class women's health programs at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

Guests at the event’s Promenade of Shops sampled our artisanal tomato sauces, strawberry preserves, maple syrup, olive oil and biscotti. Perhaps the most popular item was a Terlato Kitchen product still in development. Toasted fresh at the event, the aroma of our new Petit Roules hors d’oeuvres drew people to the booth (and many returned for seconds!) We plan to offer the product as a frozen appetizer that you simply slice, bake and serve.

The overwhelmingly positive feedback from our customers was wonderful to hear. We enjoyed taking part in what was a beautiful day for a fabulous event in support of pioneering new approaches in women’s health.
