A “sofi” -- Specialty Outstanding Food Innovation -- represents the best of the best from members of the Specialty Food Association and is the top honor in the $120.5 billion specialty food industry.

The Terlato Kitchen Tart Cherry & Pistachio Soft Biscotti is one of six finalists in the Outstanding Cookies, Brownies, Cakes and Pies category. Finalists are selected by a national panel of specialty food experts from more than 3,200 entries across 28 awards categories.  Every eligible entry is carefully assessed by passionate and knowledgeable food professionals including chefs, culinary experts, academics, food writers and category buyers.

What makes the Terlato Kitchen Soft Biscotti unique is the soft and chewy texture. The biscotti come par-baked and are finished in your oven and served warm, soft and chewy.  They are made with all natural ingredients, no preservatives and significantly less sugar than the competition – little or no added sugar a focal point of all Terlato Kitchen products.
